UPDATE: The good folks of Toucan Trading have resolved this issue. I'm more than ecstatic by their kind generosity. I highly recommend!
First off, it's possible the conditioner was old stock. Now to the nitty gritty - Kelsen hair conditioner IS the worst smelling hair product I've ever encountered. The scent is nothing of cedar and definitely no citrus involved. I can tell you almost exactly the scent - a combination of a dirty baby diaper, and days old sweaty attire. It's mind boggling how the scent ever got past the production stage (note the first sentence in review). After the third use, that was it. Seriously, I was gagging and will no longer use. The scent is much stronger and powerful once in the hair.
Unfortunately, I ended up ordering two. They're not suitable as a gift or donation but possible and repeating once again, it could be really old stock unfit for retail sale. Or perhaps a bad batch that shouldn't have passed the inspection stage. Otherwise, I cannot recommend.
