Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Because we deal in grooming and personal care products, returns are more limited than in other industries. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be resold for health and safety reasons. Even with unopened items, strict handling requirements apply to ensure product integrity. For these reasons, only unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return, and return shipping costs are deducted from refunds.

 

Eligibility

 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • A return authorization is required before sending products back — please contact us at info@toucantrading.ca with your order details.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • All returns must be sent directly to us — please do not return products to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Opened or used grooming products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Shipping

 

  • Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label, sent electronically. A printer may be required (some UPS and Canada Post locations can print labels from your barcode).

  • Customers are responsible for safely preparing and returning their package.

  • Customers are responsible for attaching the label and dropping the package at the specified carrier location.

  • If you require a carrier pickup or mailed label, additional charges may apply.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for:

    • Items not in original condition (not due to our error)

    • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email info@toucantrading.ca to arrange an exchange.
