Shipping Rates:

While we do our best to offer competitive shipping rates, the cost of shipping across North America has increased considerably the last 18 months.  We will always do our best to bring you the best rates!  Shipping rates will vary based on time, product weight and location. For more information, please calculate time and cost at Canada Post.

*Free Shipping on orders over $59 - If your order value is $59 CAD/USD or above (after discount) you qualify for free basic-shipping via Canada Post within Canada/USA.

Shipment Processing:

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24/48 hours depending on order quantity.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays but that doesn't mean you want get a shipping notification on these days (sometimes our pomade elves might be getting a jump on the week ahead by packing orders during these times).

|E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships (sometimes the day before).

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery depending on shipping service used.

Orders over $150.00 will be shipped “Signature Required” unless requested otherwise.

Currently, we only ship to North America - US orders are shipped via Canada Post and cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.

Please note: Shipping table does not include order-processing time. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.

Damaged Shipments:

Toucan Trading is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; we take great care to pack your order responsibly but it lies within the responsibility of your local carrier to ensure it arrives undamaged. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. Toucan Trading does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages but we will do our best to work with you if anything should occur.

Can You Gift Box My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to gift-wrap at this time. Keep an eye out as we may offer this service during holidays or special promotions.

Confirmation Of Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.

Missing Shipment

Shipment not arrived? Taking longer than expected? We will do our best to reach out to the carrier if your shipment is taking some time to reach you.  Unfortunately carriers can and do misplace shipments, it doesn't happen very often but if your shipment is lost in the ether, please reach out and we will do our best to rectify the situation.  *Note - we are not responsible for incorrect address entry or change of address issues.
