SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS

We do our best to offer competitive shipping rates despite rising carrier costs. Rates vary based on destination, package weight and the available shipping services.

Toucan Trading primarily ships orders using UPS Standard. We may use Canada Post when its rates are more competitive, when delivering to a PO Box, or when shipping to remote communities not serviced by UPS.

• Free Shipping: Orders of $75 CAD or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. The carrier is selected based on the destination and available delivery services.
• Signature Required: Orders over $150 CAD will be shipped with signature confirmation required unless otherwise requested.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and shipping service selected.
• Delivery estimates do not include our usual 1–2 business days of order processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We take care to package all orders securely, but once shipped, carriers are responsible for safe delivery.

Toucan Trading is not liable for damage or loss during transit; however, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@toucantrading.ca and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift wrapping is not currently available. We may offer this service during select holidays or promotions.
