Shipping Rates

We do our best to offer competitive shipping rates despite rising carrier costs. Rates vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $59 CAD (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post within Canada.

• Orders over $150 CAD will be shipped Signature Required unless otherwise requested.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping service and destination.

• Delivery times do not include order processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• We take care to package all orders securely, but once shipped, carriers are responsible for safe delivery.

• Toucan Trading is not liable for damage or loss during transit; however, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@toucantrading.ca and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
