Shipment Processing:

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Orders over $150.00 will be shipped “Signature Required” unless requested otherwise.

Currently, we only ship to North America - US orders are shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.

Toucan Trading is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; it lies within the responsibility of your local carrier. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. Toucan Trading does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Confirmation Of Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.

Missing Shipment

Shipment not arrived? Taking longer than expected? We will do our best to reach out to the carrier if your shipment is taking some time to reach you.  Unfortunately carriers can and do misplace shipments, it doesn't happen very often but if your shipment is lost in the ether, please reach out and we will do our best to rectify the situation.  *Note - we are not responsible for incorrect address entry or change of address issues.
