Our Story

Toucan Trading began in 2017 as a passion project between two friends who wanted to bring high-quality grooming and skincare products to Canadian consumers — products they genuinely believed in and used themselves.

Originally based in Collingwood, Ontario, we grew from a local idea into a national business, moving west to Vancouver during the pandemic in 2020. That shift allowed us to better serve a growing online community of customers who value quality, consistency, and a personal touch.

In 2022, Toucan Trading joined forces with Ultimate Barber Supply, one of Canada's top grooming distributors. This partnership has allowed us to expand our selection and improve our service — while continuing to operate Toucan with the same independent spirit and care it was founded on.
